Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 01, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StreamGrid (the "Application"), a service provided by Trifecta Management ("Trifecta", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Application.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS A MANDATORY ARBITRATION PROVISION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 11. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.

2. Description of Service & Content

StreamGrid is a client-side multi-viewing interface that aggregates video streams and chat services provided by third-party platforms, such as Twitch Interactive, Inc. ("Twitch").

2.1. Third-Party Services

You acknowledge that the video streams, chat content, user data and functionality displayed within the Application are not provided by Trifecta, but rather by third-party services via public APIs and SDKs. Your use of such content is governed by the terms of service of the respective third-party platforms.

2.2. Modification of Service

Trifecta reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. You agree that Trifecta will not be liable to you or to any third party for any such modification, suspension or discontinuance.

3. Use of the Application

3.1. License

Subject to these Terms, Trifecta grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3.2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the Application for any commercial purpose or for the benefit of any third party.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the Application.
  • Interfere with, bypass, or disable any aspect of the third-party embeds, ad-serving technologies or API rate limiting implemented by Trifecta or third-party platforms.
  • Attempt to scrape, harvest or collect data from the Application in an automated manner.
  • Use the Application in any manner that violates applicable laws or the terms of service of third-party streaming platforms (e.g., Twitch).

4. Data Storage and Privacy

As detailed in our Privacy Policy, StreamGrid utilises your browser's local storage to save your channel presets and layout preferences. You are solely responsible for managing this data. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from cleared browser caches, device changes or application updates.

5. Automated Performance Rules (Throttling)

To provide a functional multi-viewing experience across up to 5 concurrent streams, StreamGrid implements automated, dynamic performance and audio rules. These rules are non-negotiable aspects of the Application and include:

  • Resolution Throttling: Side streams are automatically throttled to lower resolutions (e.g., 480p) to preserve CPU/GPU resources and network bandwidth. Only the focused stream is eligible for source resolution (e.g., 1080p).
  • Automated Audio: Switching streams into the "Main Focus" slot or activating "Focus Mode" will automatically unmute the main stream and mute secondary streams.

You agree to these dynamic performance adjustments as a condition of use. You must not attempt to circumvent these limitations.

6. Intellectual Property

The visual interfaces, graphics, design, compilation, information, data, computer code (including client-side JavaScript) and products and services of StreamGrid (excluding embedded third-party video and chat content) are protected by copyright, trade dress, and patent laws. They are the property of Trifecta Management.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TRIFECTA MANAGEMENT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TRIFECTA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. We are not responsible for the performance, reliability or quality of third-party streams or services embedded within the Application.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL TRIFECTA MANAGEMENT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE APPLICATION.

OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FROM ALL CAUSES OF ACTION AND ALL THEORIES OF LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO £50.00 GBP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Trifecta Management, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Application or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles.

11. Mandatory Arbitration & Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. Both parties agree to waive their right to go to court, except for small claims court or to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.

You agree that any arbitration will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class action, and you hereby waive your right to represent or participate in any class action or collective proceeding.
